  4. Could you please refresh my memory, about Favicon.ico? where is this located, and where it shows, how you are changing it, and what exactly your aim is?

  5. shaikhameed.

favicon.ico file is located under the path “C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\Owa\\themes\resources

created a brand logo of size 16X16 and replaced the original mircrosoft logo with the required. But its not showing up.

For example on this blog page you can find you pic on the top left size before the url and also on the tab page. Need to perform the similar task form exchange 2010 owa.

    Regards.

    Dear Zahir,

Please suggest the correct procudeure with all the prerequisite on changing the Favicon for my Exchange 2010 web mail (owa)

Your support will be much appriciated.

  7. Hi Hameed,

Please accept my apologies for delay in reply, let’s assume that you want to change the image on the login page of the OWA of Exchange 2010, which says “Microsoft Outlook Web App”, and you want to change it to your company’s logo or name, then you will go to the below folder location:

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\owa\14.1.218.13\themes\resources

and replace the image “lgntopl.gif” and rename to xlgntopl.gif and paste your company’s logo and put it as a name of lgntopl.gif, and thats it.

Close and open your IE or internet browser and open OWA, and you will find the image will be changed.
